Working Hours:
Full time
  • Around 5:00 am – 3:00pm or 3:00 pm – 1:00 am, depending on duty schedule
  • About 10 working hours per day (including meal hour), on shift and roster duties
Half time

6-day work week, 4 hours per day, typical hours:

  • Around 6:00 am – 10:00 am, or
  • Around 6:30 am – 10:30 am, or
  • Around 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Terminus Supervisor / Assistant Terminus Supervisor (Job Code: TS/ATS)

Manager, Facilities Management / Assistant Manager, Facilities Management (Job Code : M05 / A05)

Duties:
  • Plan, execute and supervise the renovation work, construction project and routine facility maintenance to enhance the quality and effectiveness of the services
  • Oversee the technical documentation and specification to support just-in-time procurement
  • Manage the in-house technical team and out-sourced vendor to provide excellence service

Assistant Manager, Information Technology or Senior Information Technology Officer (Job Code: A68 / SB6)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop / enhance IT systems using innovative IT technologies
  • Carry out effective system analysis, design and programming
  • Deliver timely, reliable and quality IT solutions to meet business needs

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the daily transactions such as accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare full sets of accounting books for various entities

Senior Facilities Management Officer (Job Code : S12)

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and advise the in-house technicians or the contractors in respect of maintenance work carried out in depots
  • Prepare specifications and tender documents for repairs and/or improvement works
  • Ensure the quality of works is being maintained and improved
  • Liaise with consultants, contractors and suppliers relating to project management
  • Prepare budget for improvement work and control contract expenses
  • Conduct risk assessment and ensure safety of works to be conducted

Assistant Treasurer, Financial Accounting and Treasury (Job Code: A87)

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain short to medium term cash-flow and liquidity forecasting

Officer, Group Insurance (HRD) (Job Code: H27)

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating the tender procedure for the group’s insurance policies, including but not limited to General Insurance (Public Liability, Fire, Money, Fidelity, Directors & Officers), Motor Third Party Insurance, and Group Medical Insurance

Officer, Operations Safety (Job Code: O14)

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain the documentation and records of safety management system. Establish briefing/training materials and working instructions according to the needs
  • Conduct accident analysis, identify the root causes and recommend mitigation measures to prevent recurrence
  • Conduct internal safety inspections and audits. Evaluate the effectiveness of follow-up actions arising from the safety inspections and audit improvement plan
