- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- At least 3 years’ working experience (preferably in industries with extensive people engagement activities)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong personality with initiative and leadership ability
- Excellent spoken and written English, Chinese and able to communicate in Putonghua
- Proficient in MS Office application, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Keen interest to pursue a career in the bus industry
- Possession of a valid HK driving license is preferred
- Manage bus operations including bus routes and terminus facilities management to ensure delivery of quality bus service
- Liaise with internal and external parties on bus operation related matters
- Monitor the performance of bus operations team and motivate them to achieve continuous improvements
- Manage safety and customer quality service related functions and activities
- Analyze causes of accidents, monitor accident trends and identify improvement opportunities to improve safety standard
- Carry out safety inspections and conduct audits on the safety management system
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
