Requirements:
  • Form 5 graduate or above
  • 
  • At least 2 years’ working experience
  • 
  • Strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
  • 
  • Good command of Chinese, knowledge of English and Putonghua
  • 
  • Basic knowledge and skills in computer operation
Working Time:
  • About 10 working hours per day, on shift and roster duties
Duties:
  • Responsible for daily operation of the bus terminus, monitor and regulate bus departures, maintain queuing order
  • Assist customers in handling luggage
  • Handle customers’ enquiries
  • Manage Bus Captains
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
  • Form 7 or equivalent
  • At least two years’ working experience at supervisory level
  • Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Word and Excel
  • Possession of driving licence is preferred
Working Hour:
  • 9 working hours per day, on shift (including overnight duties) and on roster
Duties:
  • Manage bus termini and frontline operations staff
  • Handle operational contingency issues and problems
  • Handle duty dispatch of bus and crew
  • Handle enquiries from passengers
