Applications Open for KMB Passenger Liaison Group Meetings

To gather the views of passengers towards bus services, KMB will hold the 2010 Passenger Liaison Group Meetings on Saturday 24 July 2010 at the Royal Plaza Hotel in Kowloon. The public is welcome to apply. The application form has been uploaded onto theKMB website (www.kmb.hk)and those who are interested can apply directly via the website. The deadline for application is 25 June 2010.

The 2010 KMB Passenger Liaison Group Meetings will be divided into six discussion groups. Participants can choose from any one of the six areas, which comprise “Kowloon East Bus Services”, “Kowloon West Bus Services”, “New Territories East Bus Services”, “News Territories West Bus Services”, “Bus Captains and Frontline Services” and “Model Passengers”, and exchange views with KMB management.

This year is the 18th consecutive year in which KMB has held the Passenger Liaison Group Meetings. After each meeting, the various departments of KMB will study in detail the feasibility of the suggestions raised by passengers and make appropriate improvements. Suggestions will also be recorded on file for future reference for the upgrade of bus services.
