Summary on the Bus Service Enhancement in May 2010

KMB is continuously striving to provide passengers with an efficient, reliable and user- friendly bus service. In May 2010, KMB has improved the following bus service.

E34 [Tin Shui Wai Town Centre ←→ Airport (Ground Transportation Centre)]	Long Win Bus Company (LWB) rearranged the airport-bound services of Route E34 during the morning peak period. The special departures of Route E34 from Tin Shui Wai Town Centre, omitting Yuen Long Town, were strengthened to replace the departures of Route E34P. The frequency between 05:15 and 08:20 on weekdays is 9-12 minutes while the frequency between 05:15 and 08:08 on public holidays are 10-13 minutes. LWB strengthened the special departures of Route E34 from Ma Wang Road, Yuen Long, to replace the existing departures from Shui Pin Wai Estate and Yuen Long (West). The frequency between 05:30 and 08:45 on weekdays is 11-15 minutes while the frequency between 05:30 and 08:32 on public holidays is 10-16 minutes. All departures of Route E34 from Tin Shui Wai Town Centre to the airport resumed operating via Yuen Long Town after 08:20 on weekdays and 08:08 on Sundays and public holidays. In addition, the departure times of LWB Route E34S [Tin Shui Wai Town Centre → Airport (Ground Transportation Centre) (via Tin Shui Wai North)] were adjusted to 05:30 and 07:25 daily, while the departure times of “Yat Tung” special trips of Route E34 were adjusted to 06:10 and 07:15 on weekdays except Sundays and public holidays.	1 May 2010
276B (Tin Fu Court ←→ Choi Yuen)	Route 276B was rerouted to operate via Tin Wah Road, Tin Shui Road and Wetland Park Road in the direction of Choi Yuen, and operate via Wetland Park Road, Tin Shui Road and Tin Wah Road in the direction of Tin Fu Court, omitting Tin Sau Road in both directions. In the direction of Choi Yuen, a new bus stop was added on Tin Shui Road near Tin Yan Estate, while two bus stops were cancelled, one on Tin Wah Road near Ching Choi House, Tin Chung Estate, and one on Tin Sau Road near Nang Fu House, Tin Fu Court. In the direction of Tin Fu Court, a new bus stop was added on Tin Shui Road near Yan Fu House, Tin Fu Court, while three bus stops - on Tin Sau Road opposite Yat Yeung House, Tin Yat Estate; on Tin Sau Road opposite Ching Pik House, Tin Ching Estate; and on Tin Wah Road near Chung Ki House, Tin Chung Court - were cancelled. The fare of Route 276B is $8.00.	24 May 2010
