A KMB spokesman said, “Unforeseen traffic conditions mean that a bus will experience some unpredictable motions while on its journey, and a seat belt has been installed on seats where it is needed for passenger use. We have put up advertisements on bus bodies and at bus shelters promoting the message of fastening the seat belt. Stickers carrying a similar message are also put up inside the bus compartment.
