KMB Publication “2009 KMB Passenger Liaison Group Report”Won International Award
The “2009 KMB Passenger Liaison Group Report” published by KMB has won the “Award of Excellence” in the “2010 Apex Awards for Publication Excellence” in the United States.
The competition is organised by Communications Concepts of Springfield in Virginia. The Awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence. The “2009 KMB Passenger Liaison Group Report” published by KMB won the “Award of Excellence” among 344 entries in the “Brochures, Manuals and Reports” category. This reflects that the design and editorial content of the publication have reached international standards.
The “2009 KMB Passenger Liaison Group Report” recorded the various points raised at last year’s KMB Passenger Liaison Group Meetings, as well as the company’s responses to the suggestions raised, so that passengers could understand more about KMB’s services and its future development. The content of the report was divided into different categories, namely Bus Route and Frequency, Bus Captains and Frontline Services, Bus Compartment Facilities, Bus Stop Facilities, Bus Types, Bus Fares and Others. In addition, the Report also carried details of follow-up measures taken in response to passengers’ suggestions from the meetings in 2008.
