Smooth Running of KMB Passenger Liaison Group Meetings

The annual Passenger Liaison Group Meetings of KMB ran smoothly on 24 July 2010. Mr. Edmond Ho, KMB's Managing Director, officiated at the opening ceremony of the event. Passenger representatives from all walks of life were present to express their views on KMB services. Many creative suggestions were received at the meetings and they will contribute to the formulation of KMB's development plan in the future.

KMB's Passenger Liaison Group Meetings have been organised for 18 consecutive years. This year passenger representatives were arranged into six meeting groups, comprising Kowloon East, Kowloon West, New Territories East, New Territories West, Bus Captains and Frontline Services, and Model Passengers. In line with the theme "Excellent Services from the Heart", participants exchanged their views with KMB management representatives. The proceedings of the meetings will be compiled and published in a report for public reference. The report will also be distributed to every passenger who took part in the meetings.
